DAY 1 - Friday February 5th 

 "Welcome to Brazil 🇧🇷"

• Hotel Pickups from GIG airport by the TSV Team all day until 6pm. (Any arrivals after 6pm please take your own Transpo to Laghetto Stillo Barra Hotel).

• Poolside Happy Hour at the hotel pool 1pm-4pm as guests arrive.

• 6pm Santa Teresa Walking Tour: A guided exploration of Rio's historic bohemian hilltopneighborhood. We will wander through its winding streets, colonial mansions, Largo dos Guimarães, & descend the iconic Selarón Steps.

• Patuá: A visit to the Patuá cultural space to connect with Rio’s contemporary art & creative scene.

• Welcome Dinner at AGÔ: An intimate dining experience highlighting high-end local gastronomy. 

DAY 2 - Saturday February 6th

”Dance in the Streets”

• Breakfast until 10am on property 

• 1pm Pickup to Pequena África (Little Africa) Tour: A profound historical journey through the cradle of Rio's Afro-Brazilian identity. The route includes: Cais do Valongo (Valongo Wharf), Pedra do Sal, Gamboa & Saúde neighborhoods, Morro da Conceição

• 3pm  Rio Beach Club Day Party (dinner as well)

• 9pm Carnival Street Party (Blochos Schedule)

DAY 3 -  Sunday February 7th 

“Christ The Redeemer”

• Breakfast on property until 10am

• 12pm Christ the Redeemer: Morning visit to Brazil’s most famous landmark with private transport & historical guide.

• 2 lunch at Fogo De Chao Brazilian Steakhouse 

• 5pm Urca & Sugarloaf Mountain: A relaxed walk through the peaceful neighborhood of Urca, followed by the cable car ride up Sugarloaf Mountain to catch the sunset over Guanabara Bay.

• 10pm Head to Boteco Belmonte rooftop bar and restaurant 

DAY 4 - Monday February 8th

“ Leme Beach & Casa Savana Celebration”

• Breakfast on property until 10am

• 12pm pickup for Rasta Beach (Leme): A classic Rio afternoon on the sand. Our production team will provide the complete setup, providing beach chairs, coolers, local snacks, & drinks.

• 4pm head back to hotel-FREE TIME

• 9pm Casa Savana- An exclusive, high-energy evening at Casa Savana featuring live samba, premium music, & a sophisticated local vibe.

Day 5- Tuesday February 9th 

“Tudo Bem”

•Breakfast until 10am on property 

•12pm lobby for Private Boat Charter (Guanabara Bay): An exclusive afternoon cruise featuring: •Private chartered vessel •Premium open bar & gourmet buffet by caterer Rogéria Gomes Stock •Private on-board DJ •Swim stop (weather & sea conditions permitting) 

The Sambadrome (Rio Carnaval 2027): The ultimate highlight of the trip. Private transfer to the

Sambadrome with full escort and coordination by our hosting team. We will manage entry, sector guiding, and the return transfer after watching the world's most spectacular Samba Parade (west comfortable shoes & clothes)

Day 6- Wednesday February 10th “Farewell”

•Breakfast available until 10am on Property 

•Shuttles back to GIG airport until 1pm
